Is The Dem Base Getting Riled Up For November?

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/...hment-pitches/
"The Democrats' congressional campaign arm pulled in $2.1 million in online donations over the weekend -- the best four-day haul of the current election cycle -- largely propelled by fundraising pitches tied to speculation that House Republicans could pursue the impeachment of President Obama." WaPo

""It's all a scam started by the Democrats at the White House," House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) insisted Tuesday when asked about impeaching President Obama. "Why? Because they are trying to rally their people to give money and to show up in this year's election." The latter part of that is true: Over the weekend, Democrats say they raised $2.1 million largely using the specter of an attempted impeachment." WaPo

Yeah, right. Bonehead. The average donation was $19 in that fund drive that netted the Dems $2.1 million over a weekend.

As much as I'd like to think otherwise, I expect Dem turnout will suck during the midterms as it usually does.

Our best hope is that there will be a Hillary wave in 2016.

I think there is an excellent chance for that.

If the republicans have anything to do with it will. I live inner city and for the third election in a row they've move my voting place. I've lived here 30 years and always voted in the same place until Brownback. After Brownback appointed his minion as local election commissioner, every election they move the voting place, or outright just close all polling places except one. They've also eliminated half the voting places creating long waits to vote which we never had before.

Kansas politics is a corrupt as they come.

That's some really bad shit Potter.

How do they get away with that?

Aren't any of the people up in arms about it?

Too easy, you're using a bit of false equivalence here Don.

Boehner's political stunt of suing the President is funded with our tax dollars.
