Do failed presidential primary candidates get to keep what's left in the campaign chest?

It doesn't matter who enters the race.

Bush will be the Republican nominee as I have been saying all along.

I do not know but Congressmen have similar campaign funds wherein they can use money to pay salaries....to family members who are "staff" on campaign payrolls. I wonder if a Superpac could be used to pay a "salary" to a close relation (spouse or child). Ron Paul is known to pay family members salaries...I wonder if any goes back to the patriarch?
