"In my time in congress I took the initiative in creating the internet..." Not quite the way it's paraphrased in the rightwing blogosphere. They tend towards something like, 'He claims he built the internet'. Granted he could have been clearer by adding, 'helping to create the internet' but saying he took the initiative isn't the same thing as saying,"I built the internet!" Clear as mud? Yup.n I do think he helped spur it along a little, don't you?
