Duncan Hunter and his moronic colleagues probably can't count the pennies in a piggy bank. By definition, if he's for it, it's a terrible idea. Same goes for Rand Paul when it comes to issues of economics. He makes Jerry Brown seem well grounded.

Congress already has the power to audit the Fed.

The biggest champion of a Fed audit is Senator Bernie Sanders who is an Independent soci@list Democrat who caucus' with the Democrats.

This is show boating for House Republicans that are up for re-election. Sanders predicts the bill will be filibustered by Senate Republicans were it will die along with the 200 or so other bills Senate Republicans have killed using the filibuster.
