It's obviously going to be challenged. Just like the Alabama abortion law us going to be challenged. Trump is using the Presidency just like he used his business...weaponizing the fucked up US legal system to fuck over people. Because fucking over as many people as possible is what he lives for.

With the help of Pruneface, the SCOTUS has been loaded, weaponized to make it all possible. Trump and every Republican in the Congress have been able to put two white men on the high court who despise the authority of legislative branch, and will do everything in their power to strip the legislative branch of any control over the occupant of the Oval Office.

But we should be using every legal means possible to kick his ass to the curb as quickly as possible.
