You are judging too much by the Republicans who post here. Most are less evil, and more just greedy.

Talk about some shady sh!t -

"House Republicans are once again fast-tracking consideration of their ObamaCare replacement bill without knowing the full impact of the legislation they’ll vote on Thursday.
The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) is not expected to have completed its analysis detailing the effects of the latest changes to the legislation overhauling the nation’s healthcare system in time for the Thursday vote.
Leadership’s decision to press ahead with the floor action means lawmakers will be voting on the bill without updated figures from their nonpartisan scorekeeper on how many people would lose coverage under the bill or how much it would cost." The Hill

I've heard the good and the bad about the legislation and the only thing I know is that legislation rushed and pressured through like this can't be very good. Not enough critical thinking behind it.

The republicans have had eight years to come up with a replacement for Obamacare. Problem is, they aren't capable of critical thinking.

It's all about passing this tar baby over to the Senate before they go on recess so they can tell their constituency that they're keeping their promise, notwithstanding the fact that it has a very uncertain future in the Senate.

This awful piece of legislation seems like a knee jerk reaction to their last failure with a the repeal of the ACA. And the first bill seemed like reaction to Trumps election.

As long as the medical and insurance industries are raking it in, who cares about the people?

Profits are way more important than a healthy society.

In a sign of the challenges ahead for the legislation, nearly every major medical group, including the American Medical Association, American Hospital Association and the AARP, strongly opposed the Republican bill. Many said last-minute amendments further eroded protection for the most vulnerable groups, including the sick and elderly.
