I agree it has nothing to do with what is legal but the expectation of a reserved parking spot on a city street is just not practical. Least not the cities I have lived in.
At night literally every spot is taken, when it snows everyone needs to clean there space to get out. There is absolutely no way in which commerce could proceed if everyone "reserved" their space.
Anyway this is of no consequesne to me any longer.
and it's a good thing as the latest forecast calls for another 28 inches to be added to the 15 that has already fallen. If this comes to fruition our area is in for some serious problems.
