You'd figure a guy known as Gunny would be persuasive when he told people to not get behind the wheel.

Regards.

Well, Gunny was pretty persuasive when he broke up a fight.

We were sitting at the bar talking to him one time, and my buddy asked if he'd ever considered selling mixed drinks.

Gunny replied, "Goddamn, I've got enough troubles just selling beer."

But we're going back 35 years, things are no longer as they were.

And this was just North of Houston. Even the DPS would pull into a 7/11 and buy three beers out of an iced down barrel and leave in their patrol cars.

They weren't taking them home.

Chas

PS: Gunny also sold double yolk pickled eggs, and everyone of them did have a double yolk. I stand in awe to this day!!!

And another example of where the vilification of "taxes" of any kind in the US ends up just being idiotic. Government needs revenue. Instead of having a reasonable discussion about taxation, they are forced to proclaim "no new taxes" or do something truly stupid like lower taxes, and jack up everything else around.

Just paid $74 to renew mine in socialist Ontario.

Does New Hampshire have ANY laws?

I'm suing the supermarket for selling me potato chips.

I'd have to sue Hersey's and Mars companies, and maybe Willie Wonka.

Regards,
