And only a couple days prior, Ferguson(yes, that Ferguson) issued a nolle prosequi dismissal in the notorious Freddie Brown case. Freddie is a Navy vet who had a top secret security clearance, and was working for the National Geospatial Administration as a government contractor when he got arrested five years ago in Ferguson for hooping(playing basketball) while being black.

He ended up getting nine bogus charges filed against him in a police malpractice arrest, and then had the previous fired DA of Ferguson illegally enter a guilty plea that he was not allowed to contest in court. The case remained open for the past five years without a court date, resulting in him losing his clearance, his job, his house, and he and his family becoming homeless.

They decided to clean this up in an effort to avoid more riots up there...
