The press would be derelict in its duties if it didn't try to get to the bottom of the email scandal (and yes, it is a scandal). Moreover, it's a scandal of the worst type - one that confirms the conventional wisdom about a person.

What don't you understand about the word "only"?

Admittedly, the press does tend to focus on scandal, but I don't think they're focusing disproportionately on Hillary. They focused pretty strongly on Christie and McDonnell's scandals too, but I don't recall that getting your dander up.

Unless and until she comes fully clean on the email matter, she richly deserves all the scrutiny she's getting.

Virtually nothing about her campaign or the issues she's talking about.

Frankly, I think she's toast. The trouble is she'll almost certainly win the Democratic nomination. Then the Republican nominee will win the general.

I think she needs to withdraw.
She went into hiding for a long time till Bernie made her insignificant. So the fact that the press is not reporting her campaign messages is par for the course. Press is primarily out to get attention for themselves (evolution of press to media) and she is simply a vehicle. But if you want attention, you need to give them a free ride. That's democracy working.

My primary reason for not supporting HRC from the very beginning is that IMO she is unelectable. Way too much baggage and the Monica BJ will always be campaign fodder. I for one will never know if she is telling half truth or the whole truth on any point since she always seems to be deflecting. Chances are that 50% of the Dem's don't trust her either, but the powers to be were afraid to speak up against her. Bernie has changed this dynamic and she is now political pinata.

Recruit Biden, Warren but for heavens sake ABC. And for those that believe this is hate, you have no imagination. Once again, the email server scandal is huge and can be sustained by the media and it's not Benghazi with the CIA cover. This was self inflicted and a blatant disregard for the law. There was no compelling reason for her to do so and convenience does not pass muster nor deleting the 30K emails.

Blaming the wife for Clinton's infidelity? Sounds like the old double standard in action.

So she broke an actual law with the server then how come there is no indictment?
Should be an open and shut case. I mean it is a matter of record that she did indeed use a private server.

Like I said the only people excited about the server are the people afraid she is going to win.

If you think Hillary is going to drop out you are on drugs. If you think Sanders can carry the west and mid-west against the GOP you are on bigger drugs.

If you recognize yourself in my comments please check into re-hab.

If the big Democratic donors get worried and start paring down the $, she's going to have real problems.

Supporters want this email situation done and dusted - new FBI investigation getting people nervous.

Indeed. "ServerGate" is simply "Benghazi 2.0".

We'll see how it plays out - if the Democratic power base deems her unelectable they will hedge their bets with another candidate.

I don't expect Hillary to drop out, but I don't expect her to spend her own money, either.

What new FBI investigation? Do you mean the one where the NY Times got punked by someone on Trey Gowdie's team calling it a criminal referral and the Times walked it back in record time?
