At least not as much after today for a while.

Tomorrow I leave for vacation.

Going to Tennessee, then Maine, and then maybe Canada (New Brunswick and/or Nova Scotia.) Gonna hafta leave my guns on the US side, I hear they are real assholes about it in Canada.

That's OK. I'll leave them at my cousin's in Maine. She's a licensed Gun owner herself so she should be cool with that. She's also a Clintonista so I'll have to keep a low profile on my politics when I'm there.

If you go to Nova Scotia, be sure to drive the Cabot Trail, one of the great coastal drives in the world. Also, check out the Red Shoe Pub in Mabou, the epicenter of Celtic music in Nova Scotia.

In New Brunswick, go to Hopewell Rocks on the Bay of Fundy. Check the tide charts online and get there at (fairly) low tide and walk around on the beach and goof off for a while until high tide comes roaring in. Awesome spot.

Ahhh, Maine this time of year. Hope the flies are gone. If not cutters when outdoors. Especially at night!

Spent a few summer up there. Love it.

On Canada, they saw my gun permit when crossing the border. Got the A team search. Could of been the long hair and goatee'd Southern Boy too! All they found was the wife's pepper spray on her keys.
