Nope, it surely aint.

FedEx delivered a telescope to me once. The guy walks up on the porch, I open the door just in time to see the box crash to the concrete emitting the ominous sound of breaking glass. I looked at him and said. "Sounds broken.". To which he replied, "Sure does." Then he simply got in his truck and drove off.

I called customer service..................It took four months to get my money back.

I guess they all drop the ball, or even the telescope, from time to time...but I'm an "OPPS" man myself.

At least they'll make the delivery.

I'll see how this plays out.
