Telephone Company Idea

This has been rolling around my head for a few days. If the laissez-faire capitalists want to give it a try then they might find out the truth.

I suspect that the truth is that most people are annoyed by telemarketers. Sure the capitalism purists give lip service to some nebulous benefit that telemarketers purportedly provide, but I bet that if given a choice most of them would personally use a telephone company that prohibits making or receiving telemarketing calls. Someone must know how to create such a service.
