If you've got an infection, it's almost impossible to get a doctor to give you anything but a Z-Pak for it. And they don't work. Save yourself some time, money, and misery.

BTW, check out some of the other "Fish" products...you can get Keflex as well. If I could find some "Fish Morphine" I'd never go to the doctor again. Unless I needed to be sewed up.

Back when I had 5 dogs and spent a fair amount of time with them running in the boonies I discovered that stuff. Any time they'd get a wire cut or any time one of the dogs would put a little hole in another one I'd whip out the surgical stapler and then start a course of antibiotics. Eventually I started taking it myself. Great stuff and just the same as what the pharmacist needs to see a scrip for.

Same thing, and I checked a PDR.

Don't get me wrong, I'd go to a doctor, have great insurance, plenty of money for something like this, but they won't give me shit.

Just watched my wife go from a chest cold to pneumonia because the sawbones gave her a Z-Pak to start, then some other antibody she developed an allergic reaction to. Finally they gave her amoxocillin, after three weeks. I was beginning to think they were trying to kill her.

Never again.

Yup! Same here. My daugher in NM is an RN. I had her check against her PDR.
