Those terms of use are devious and long winded for a reason, who will take the time to scroll through it all.
The new anti piracy laws being hammered out as we speak are just one of totalitarian aspects that big business/government are promoting of late. All of this free discourse is freaking out the powers that be and they can't get a handle on it.
Putting Google, Disney, eBay etc. in charge of the internet is the biggest threat to the ability of people to share views and opinions. All in the name of protecting copyrighted material is a sham and a smoke screen.
It's as cynical as the high courts opinion regards to corporations being regarded as having personal rights while having no personal responsibilities due to stockholders not sharing any responsibility for the actions of the corporation even though those same stockholders voted for the board in.
Ain't no such thing as privacy no more. And the next thing is going to be having a biometric chip implant. And a license plate on your fukkin' lawnmower.

Anybody want to bet against me? I'll give odds.

Too late on this, isn't it? Way too many drunks back there in the Bugtussle state that took to driving there mowers to the tavern after they lost their licenses after multiple DUI's.

I remember when they started handing out the DUI's for the mowers and the likes.

Free enterprise should be free to act like Big Brother?

Of course! It's only evil if the government does it. As long as someone is making a buck off it, all is good!
