If the National Felons League should be noted for anything, it's for the league's contribution to research toward prevention and treatment of CTE.

Colin Kaepernick a finalist for 'TIME' Person of Year

Not sure if this is good, but anything that will irritate The Dotards, I am good with it.
But if he is selected, Roy Moore will be a shoo in.

"You have to stand proudly for the National Anthem. You shouldn't be playing, you shouldn't be there. Maybe they shouldn't be in the country...the NFL owners did the right thing."

- Trump, the Putin-hugging fraud and traitor, is suggesting that Americans exercising their First Amendment rights should leave the country? WTF?

Just another reason I will not be watching American Football again this year. Again the only viewing may will be the not so Super Bowl for the commercials. Like playing the game once, just hate the watching. Now add the way the owners and league have fell in line with the misguided diversionary edict from above! What happened to our freedoms? Little by little they seem to be disappearing, one day to be gone.

President Trump disinvited the Philadelphia Eagles to the White House late Monday, opening a new chapter in his culture war over National Football League players standing for the national anthem.

Less than 24 hours before the players were expected to arrive in the Rose Garden, Trump said he would celebrate with fans only because some members of the team were skipping the ceremony in protest of him.

Asshole just can't let it go. He simply has to feed red meat to his base.

Great response from the mayor of Philly -

"In a statement late Monday, Mayor Jim Kenney of Philadelphia said that disinviting the Eagles “from the White House only proves that our president is not a true patriot, but a fragile egomaniac obsessed with crowd size and afraid of the embarrassment of throwing a party to which no one wants to attend.”"

“City Hall is always open for a celebration,” he added.

I think I'll have to have a Philly cheesesteak for lunch tomorrow.
