I'll belive this when I hear or read it from him not before.

"The president of the United States, in a top-secret phone call to a major European ally, asked for French troops to join American soldiers in attacking Iraq as a mission from God."

One of the people most wanting him to go into Iraq was Wolfowitz, he had been arguing for such an invasion for years.

The "mission from God" interview was widely reported in the British press a number of years ago...hmm GWB hearing voices...I think that there's a clinical diagnosis for that.

Was he wearing a black suit, hat, and tie, a white shirt, and Raybans when he made the call?

I realize that the concensus in some circles it that Shrub is dumber than a day old pig, but I can't help but think that even a day old pig would have better sense that to call up Chicrac had hit him with a line like that.

Even blind drunk.

I seem to recall another instance where he said God had spoken to him.

Reminds me of the old Richard Pryor riff- "God called me from this alleyway one day...I knew it was either God, or 3 N****rs with a Baseball Bat..." I miss Richard...He was one of the most violently profane, yet pants-peeingly funny guys I ever heard...

Tell you what folks, you can pull out every over opinionated dip shit reporter that you can find, but I still thing that Shrub isn't the dolt that a lot of people would like to think.

And that is my honest opinion,

Chas
