Was Ron Reagan the worst American president ever?

I was just reading some insane statistics on Americans in prison. Then it mentioned that an explosion of incarcerated Americans can be traced to Ray-Gun.

It then struck me, is Ronnie the worst president ever?

I voted for the guy twice. I though he brought a much needed change of direction to Washington. I loved that he put more money in my paycheck even though I really did not need it. (I did deserve it of course.)

I had no personal experience with the social welfare programs he rolled back so that was all good. It was years before I learned of people having lost loved ones because of the governments refusal to cover previous covered healthcare. It was over three decades later that his cuts to other programs affected me and my children.

I never directly talked to people, at the time, that were thrown out of work during his union busting. I did not understand how American's middle class was about to take a big step backwards with all the policy shifts toward the wealthy.

Not for nothing, and I know it is revisionist history but is Ronnie the worst american president ever?

I'd really like some honest feedback on this.

thanks
