In a broader sense, Trump is the more honest politician.

He sticks to the central themes of his campaign platform.

Let us just discuss an event happening today in Washington. The new 4th of July parade put on by Trump.
The fact he is hiding, apparently lying about the costs alone should be upsetting the conservatives. If they really were ever ones to begin with. The one fact on funding known, the National Parks is funding at a tune of 2.5 mill. Money they need desperately elsewhere we all should agree upon.
Now add the politicization of the event, along with the militarizing by having the optics of "tanks in the streets".

Like I stated a few times before now, the republican party was always in search of a Dictator. Found one now and is gleefully happy. They have become a party only satisfied with "my way or the highway", "take it or leave it". Only worried about their supporters not the rest of the country. Willing to cheat, lie, steal to gain and keep advantage.

Long after I'm gone it will be known, shown just how drastic was the damage caused by them. The hatred and discuss at the world left by the actions taken by the greedy power hungry selfish bigots in charge at this time.

At least my points of view will be documented for future readers.

He's a dictator wannabee. That said, almost 40% of the nation supports his dictatorial ambitions.

The way he is controlling the DOJ and filling openings for Judges alone should prove my point.
Then add how he is showing total contempt to the House.
An "equal" branch of government BTW!

The total lack of transparency, accountability now, that the GOP would be out in the street over if reversed. Also shows them for what they are.

If one is happy with rolling over to Russia, North Korea letting the oil companies kill the human race. Just so a few keep getting rich now. Keep on telling yourself what it takes to be convinced, burying the head in the sand. All the while step by step in little increments until one day it will be apparent to everyone the truths.

To late I fear!

In that he is actually trying to implement the campaign promises made to his politically incorrect base.

Only in the minds of the we hate Trump hysterics. BTW, a 44% approval rating does not support your claim of large public support for a Trump dictatorship. Although I can see how Trump hysteria might make one think that.

Trump admin relation to the DOJ and the ways of filling openings for judges are not substantively different from other admins.
There is no contempt to the house since the responses to the house are not proven unconstitutional.
The streets are controlled by Antifa.

Nobody is rolling over to Russia. Russia is being punched economically. Sanctions on NK are effective.

While the USA is ramping up the export of gas there is enough push back against the oil company to keep things in balance. Note the number of ban on off shore drilling..eg Florida.

@Oerets I think you are over reacting. Trump is weak. What you should be concerned about is the poor projection of Dem candidates.

Except for his poorly managed WH, tariff nonsense and boorish behavior when representing our nation, Trump's presidency has been very Republican.
