Both parties have become disciples of the MMT theory of economics which David advocates. At least in shades of gray.
I go with the Pukes because they tell me the line of shit I prefer, much as you go with the Donks.
When you get right down to it, there ain't too much difference...and any 3rd party that jumps up gets their ass stomped in a crack right quick.
Perhaps if we weren't so partisan, and stupid, we could find a party we could back. One which represented us.
But after watching things, including this forum, all I can say if "fat fucking chance".
We are lemmings.

I typed my answer and retyped. It's not polite for an old lady to use such words. We have been in a pan. And next year... we'll still be working six months out of the year to make ends meet. Lord willing.

Ma'am, it's always polite to use such words, if none other are descriptive enough.
They all talk a good game, don't they?

If higher levels of unemployment are good for your economic interests, the GOPs desire to balance the budget will ensure it if they get their way.

There's a reason that only Russia and China build vacuum tubes. It's a very nasty business pollution-wise. They just run the shit off in the rivers, and we get nice clean tubes here in the USA without all the guilt.

Kinda like when he said he would continue to use our money to make wild bets on clean technology companies with financial problems.

LOL...I NEVER said I thought it would happen. My post wasn't sarcastic enough I guess.
As someone who makes $ on the side speculating on land, I don't need a lecture on this subject...sir.

Have you ever considered that there may be some flaws in Mosler's logic?
Even the likes of Krugman thinks he is wrong to a certain degree.

The quality of them has come up, too. I had some Sovtek KT88s back in the '90s that didn't last worth a hoot. I sold my amps and got out of tubes because of it. You get tired of replacing the things quick at $32 a pop. But, these Mullard 6BQ5 repros I bought are very impressive, so far. The word is that New Sensor was bought out by an American company.
