Don't forget "starving the beast" so government is powerless to effectively regulate anything.

This is what happens when the Birchers take over a state. This is but a snapshot of what the country will be subjected to if the GOTP wins the WH in '16. I sure hope these anti American nihilists get sent packing but that won't happen unless Independents and Democrats get off their lazy asses in Nov. '16 and vote.

Brownback is a victim of Recto-Cranial Insertion Disorder. His ideology is creating a world class clusterf**k, but he will crow of it's smashing success even if Kansans end up resorting to cannibalizing the weak and the elderly to stave off starvation.

That bulls**t does not work, Folks.

Which is what Obama accomplished with his well orchestrated and executed grass roots movement in 2008. I hope HRC has the humility to understand and coopt the technique, but I will not put my money on it. So far it seems that her campaign is organized like a large corporation.

Of course cutting taxes increases revenue, the Kansas situation is proof positive that it works.

Exactly.

George Carlin did a good job of explaining it.

Here is how the GOP budgeting works.

Run out of money to spend through tax cuts, then resort to spending cuts, which leads to deficits which is then blamed on the spending. That's called a shell game.

These guys must be cousins. Cut education and borrow your way to true Republican prosperity.
Quote:
Republicans control the Wisconsin Legislature, which should ease passage of the budget, likely sometime in June. But Walker is meeting resistance from some Republicans over the $300 million proposed cut to UW, which comes with a tuition freeze but more freedom from state laws and oversight, as well as a plan to borrow $1.3 billion to pay for roads and infrastructure.

Republicans also are questioning his plan to hold funding flat for K-12 public schools and criticizing him for not supporting sanctions for schools deemed to be failing on report cards.

But Walker argued that his budget, which delivers on his gubernatorial campaign promise to continue lowering property taxes, would help people achieve the American dream.

"Our plan is based on growth and opportunity, which leads to freedom and prosperity for all," he said. "Secondly, our plan will use common sense reforms to create a government that is limited in scope and, ultimately, more effective, more efficient, and more accountable to the public."

Walker, the 47-year-old son of a preacher, also calls for drug testing for people seeking Medicaid, unemployment, food stamps and other public benefits. Similar proposals in other states have been successfully challenged in court as unconstitutional.

UW, Madison is a crown jewel of the Wisconsin Education system and trust this dropout to sabotage it. Not sure if he went to Madison or Milwaukee. I used to visit Madison often, it is a beautiful campus and used to be in the top ten US engineering schools (or close).
