What Murdoch has done has forever changed how political power hence wealth is acquired. He has merged politics, business and information into one.
This template is a democracies nightmare.
Here in the US he has shifted what would have been a class rebellion into a fight among the rebellion members themselves. So now instead of the robber barons being confronted by the angry majority the angry majority fights among itself. A brilliant strategy for the ruling class.
