It has to be the water

First we got Senator Jim Demented, then Congressman Joe Wilson. Then the governor flies to South America at public expense to get laid.

Now the Lieutenant Governor, speaking about feeding starving people says "My grandmother told me to never feed stray animals because they breed"

If we ask nicely and say pretty please do you think we can get South Carolina to seceed?
