It is likely that this Green politician, Annalena Baerbock, will become chancellor in four years and vice-chancellor in the current new government.

"Myths about ballot fraud at German election polls" are what they are - romantic fairy tales told by deranged minds. Unfortunately there are millions of them in Germany, and so there are in the United States.

Too many unwilling to accept a reality they dislike, when believing a myth, a lie or a wish is easier. If by accepting, believing the truth, the whole belief system would collapse for them.

And you likely remember the quip about the Greens, "Die Grünen meinen dass Sie kriegen ihre Strom direkt aus der Steckdose."

Translation: The Greens believe that they get their electricity directly from the electrical outlet (i.e., they believe their environmentalism to be so pure that their electrical power doesn't come from dirty coal or dangerous nukes. It is innocently and spontaneously generated on the spot by their environmentally conscious electrical outlet.)

I think there are far too many who see things at such a simple level, regardless of their political affiliation.

It is surprising that a technologically advanced country such as Germany gave up on nuclear so easily.

Germany is a better-functioning democracy than we are. The government there responds to the will of the people.
