Right, we "......don't understand the premise of the protest.".

The protesters were attempting to obstruct justice being carried out because of a man who was (Is?) illegally using land that does not belong to him to graze his cattle.

They're idiots. Shove them out of the way and execute the court order.

They also don't understand the premiss of the protest. Bundy's situation is a flash point of government abuse of power. That's the reason people are supporting it, not because someone should not pay graizing fees.
Ah...so if I go to the great redwood forest and start chopping down trees and selling off the wood for profit you'd be OK with that? How about if I turned the grand canyon into a for profit landfill? You ok with that?

How about if I just start stealing government property and selling it on E-bay?

"Bundy's situation is a flash point of government abuse of power."

No, the Bundy case is a matter of Bundy using his family and other fools to support him in his quest to use free grazing land. The rest of it is a case of the rightwing media trying to turn it into something more than that. Which it clearly ISN'T. The government can't "grab" land that it already owns, Dan. Nor are they "abusing" any power in pushing past people who obstruct the law to prevent the carrying out of legal court orders.

It was never his land, he never had any "right" to use it, his supporters are obstructing justice and, in reality, got off easy because they should have been arrested for doing so.

So, shut up. Bundy has no case, never did, you lose and that's just how it is.

Bundy Ranch showdown is an arrogant display of ignorance of the law. Long arm of the law is going to tap on some shoulders soon handing out economic sanctions.

And Feds have pictures. How dumb can one get?

I'm intrigued that the phrase "sovereign citizen" hasn't come up yet.

Exactly. It's far from over. The tactics will change to circumvent the morons, but make no mistake. This is far from over.
