Trump co-defendant Kenneth Chesebro pleads guilty in Georgia election case

This is now getting serious, the one charge he pleaded guilty to is a felony. Quite an amazing turnaround for him.

Chesebro pleaded guilty to a single felony count of conspiracy to file false documents, and faces a prison sentence of one to five years. He also agreed to truthfully testify in the case against others.

Now Trump will raise more money calling Chesebro a traitor.

Now that Chesebro is clearly a government witness, Trump cannot insult or demean him. BTW, Trump was just chastised by the judge in his civil fraud case in NY for breaking his gag order.

Shit is getting very real for the Lying Dotard. It doesn't help that his choice for Speaker just got shot down again for the third time.

These last two deals for cooperation, the felony guilty plea of Jenna Ellis, and the immunity from prosecution for Mark Meadows, have to have Trump and the higher positioned attorneys and high ranking members of the Trump crime family shaking in their boots.

Trump for the direct communications that he had with Meadows during the Jan 6th, rioting. Senior Trump attorneys will be freaking out by the testimony of Ellis, who in her statement during her guilty plea, specifically talked about direct instructions given to her by higher ranking Trump attorneys.

These two have agreed to cooperate in the Federal Jan 6th case led by Jack Smith, the GA. election fraud case, and possibly the Mar-a-lago documents case, as it relates to what Meadows may know about it.

Neil Katyal on MSNBC last night suggested that more of those indicted in these cases will be flipping as they realize that their exposure is going to be based on the cooperation of Meadows, Ellis, Powell and Chesebro. Katyal says Fani Willis is a master of RICO cases.

And...Fani's old man was criminal defense attorney and...a Black Panther member, motherfuckers.

Felony plea from Jenna Ellis is huge and besides she was pissed to no end about Trump, especially since he was not paying her legal bills.

Despite the recently reported Meadows plea deal with Jack Smith, Jenna will be a bigger problem since she worked very closely with Giuliani, the main architect of Stop the Steal movement.

Ryan Goodman, former special counsel for the Defense Department and co-editor-in-chief for Just Security, said Chesebro's plea agreement specifically implicated Trump and other key co-defendants.

"The key is who he can most implicate," Goodman said. "1. Giuliani (including getting false electors knowing was NOT contingent on litigation) 2. Eastman (desperately unconstitutional Pence plan). A giant step closer to and very bad legal news for Trump. In court proceeding, Chesebro just admitted specific set of facts that squarely implicates Giuliani most directly. Both state and federally. Look also at the Georgia charge (Count 15) itself, and the names of co-conspirators: Trump, Giuliani, Eastman, Roman, others."

I have already heard it. They are saying that Fani made these deals because she has a weak case.
