Never been to any other country. But i hear of Health care that is hurting other countrys. Social health care that is. Canada i think has a better grip on it because they have oil money. Our president is against oil. So under him we will never see that oil money. you know he prefers pond scum over oil.

So************************m leads to Communism, communism leads to tyranny. I hate to think of that happening to our country...and its headed down that path albeit slowly.

So does fascism. As far as the effect on people, citizens, profiterole (I KNOW, it's not spelt that way but spellchecker's overheated again. It should be pronounced pro-lat-ear-e-at), are concerned, the effects of extreme right are just as bad as extreme left.

For all the traditional British grouching, I think we've got the balance about right. As a single example good medical care for all paid for by the State. You fall ill or get injured the first thing they check is your pulse, not your bank balance.

And, you're exactly right. We had a pretty tumultuous rebellion against far right, corporatist fascism in this country over the last century. And now we have a strong movement to return to those days, by people too young to understand what they are asking for.

And, no, I'm not talking about 20-somethings, I'm talking about middle-aged idiots who grew up in the 1960s, '70s and '80s.

And we here in freedom loving America have a nation run by corporations, for corporations and to hell with the citizens. they already own a majority of the Roberts court as well as both parties, especially the GOP.

You want real freedom? Go North or go to the British Isles or northern Europe.

Stop worring about Obama and be afraid of the Chamberpot of Commerce and Tom Donohue.
