One would think that the members of the high court would figure out a way to keep anybody, including the president, from blatantly discriminatory behavior. If the law does not protect people from bigoted acts, it seems to me it's the high court's responsibility to make adjustments in the law. Seems to me that blithely saying "Well that's the law for ya", isn't what the Supreme Court is supposed to be about.

See below...reckon this was squarely within der Fuhrer's legal authority according to the nazi high court.

Neither a Trump nor a current SCOTUS fan, but interpreting law is exactly what the Supreme court is for. Changing the laws is what the legislative branch is for.

You obviously don't understand that ver 1 and 2 were not at issue before the SCOTUS.

Version 3 was only necessary because versions 1&2 were obviously illegal and reflected Trump's arbitrary exercise of power, as did all of my other examples. Your Dear Leader is a malignant and impulsive idiot and you're too much of a cultist to even recognize that his (barely legal) 3rd version won't accomplish anything (other than allow cultists like you to believe that it does). Sad.

If that is the law, then the law is a ass.

Not anymore. And the conservative activists on the court are no less responsible for it than the liberal activists on the court.

It is odd Saudi Arabia is not in this list. Must be a Blackwater thing I reckon.
