Horseshit.

The only reason Covid-19 is not still a pandemic in the US is that a large percentage of the population has gotten vaccinated.

I don't want anti-vaxxers in the military.

Need to make the military more attractive to the young. Better pay and benefits.

Issues like abortion and promotions highlight issues against serving.

Letting someone with a serious chip on their should back in seems like a weak move on the governments part.

Nope. They are saying it is no longer the health threat it once was.

Good!
Now the entire army can refuse these boosters that are being promoted.

No, just balancing.
Many were deplatformed for just questioning.

There are various reasons why some refused to take the Covid-19 vaccine. Several reasons are not related to politics or Trumpian in nature.
One such reason was the speed of approval.

The.public has become more critical of Big Pharma. Notice for instance the hesitancy towards statins.
I believe there is an hesitancy also towards Covid boosters.

Not so fast. Covid is no longer the health threat it once was because of the vaccines and boosters. Keep in mind the hesitancy and reluctance to take the vaccine and boosters lays largely at the feet of the former president and those in his party that support him. The at that time president who was more concerned with his reelection prospects than the lives of citizens.
One tactic snipers use at wartime is to wound an opposing soldier then kill his mates that come to his aid. Say a certain percentage of our military got laid low because of the disease. It's probably going to take at least that number of personnel to care for them. This doesn't even account the deaths from the disease.
