What do you realistically expect a people stupid enough to elect a person like Trump to do with the country? How much control over the direction of the country do you expect an authoritarian like Trump to allow the people to exercise.

I completely agree with you, and you may or may not recall I predicted the same thing here once Bernie lost, but with the more recent developments regarding Trump, I really thought Clinton had it in the bag. I cannot believe Trump took Florida, and it looks like he's winning AZ, among all the others...

I not only agree with you but may I add 'sicker with a Trump win'. My wife is absolutely livid (like it's my fault) and daughter is petrified, though she may not have voted for Hillary. She knows that in CA her vote does not mean much.

Don't write us all off as Hillary haters. Some of us who supported Sanders in the primaries ended up voting for her and urging others to do the same. That's what I did in "real life", away from this little sandbox.

And I take no pleasure in having called the election correctly, both in terms of Hillary's vulnerability and ultimate fate as well as her complete lack of coattails.
