I spent a month in Dallas one week. My associate wanted to try Texas barbque so we went to a place allegedly patronized by Ross Perot. All I can say about the food is that there was a mortuary directly across the street.

Everybody knows that if you want barbeque done right, you have to come to Kansas City. Even the side dishes are world class.

The relationship between man and dog is a old one, and one based upon mutual trust and dependence. Having a dog, and having to care for it, makes you come out of yourself; and in the process makes you a better person. When I think about it, my only complaint is that my dog is more virtuous than I am. But then that’s not his fault, and I’m the only one that can do anything about it.
My little dog is a consummate freeloader, abuses herself, strings toilet paper all over the house when she knows better, then hides under the bed to escape punishment.

We have a lot in common, the dog and myself.

Her finest attribute, however, is the lack of an opposing thumb.
