I do my best to spell like words are spelled, BUT, I don't verbally use alot of the words I type. It's a southern-country/hillbilly thing. But nothing like the quotes in the OP.. I don't know what that stuff is supposed to be.

Sorry but you can blame much of that on the damned smart phones and texting. I grew up on great writers and poets like Donne, Eliot, Elizabeth Browning and Robert (though she was the better poet) and English can be a beautiful language.

I mangle it occasionally of late thanks to failing eyesight and arthritis but writing such as in the OP makes my eyes bleed.

My iPhone taught me to proof read. Doesn't matter if you spell properly and use the correct words either. Sometimes it'll replace words with a word that doesn't even fit with the sentence. You sometimes have to back up and click the ''X'' above the word or words it THINKS you want to post. Gotta catch it before you click send or it'll put words in your mouth sometimes.

But while it may change words on you, it will spell correctly. To post mispelled words or slang, you gotta click the red X on each mispelled word or goofy saying your trying to post or it'll correct it. So to post things silly, you have to fight the phone to do so, so these folks are really meaning for their text to be silly by choice.

Scary software you can download for them. I downloaded an app that knows every song ever recorded and will tell you the song and who sang it within a few seconds of the phone being near the speakers. Even if it's a 50 year old off the wall LP that never sold well at all. But what I wasn't expecting is that it'll also tell you who's talking if it hears a voice on TV. If they are in a movie, it knows their voice and will name the person it hears, and it'll tell you the name of any news reporter it hears as well. Scary, what if ordinary people talking on their phones are or will be added to the data base for future puposes?

It's funny, I just realized that what's most annoying about 5 below is when he's making one of his pathetic attempts to be just one of the guys.

Holy shit.

One that can be trained for 'people-you-encounter voices' must surely exist. Caller id based on voice, not calling number....

My mom took Esperanto. Funny though, English is becoming universal.

But if you had one it can also serve as an obd2 scanner everywhere you go.
