Well, I just listened to my two new Little Willies w Norah Jones CD's, and other than "Jolene", which is goose bump material, they ain't no better than "The Good Old Boys".
Their rendition of "Tennessee Stud" is pathetic. Doc Watson would puke, and I damn near did myself.
BTW, there actually was a group called "The Good Old Boys". Jerry Garcia cooked it up.

I think you mean "Old and in the Way." This was Jerry's Bluegrass band and they were totally amazing. As a city kid I had never heard bluegrass until Jerry came to town with this hillbilly shit.
By the time the show finished I was in awe of this music. Just great stuff.
BTW one of my favorite songs is Tennessee Stud.
