I didn't see a minutes work or a dime from the first one, so I'd say no. I don't really think it matters what the working middle class thinks though. We can melt the phone lines on capitol hill, but senators still vote however "they" want to. I'm not talking about my senator, just senators in general. I think we're in so deep now that even a swing back in 2010 won't do much to help. I've resolved to just go along for the ride and observe. I used to be disgusted, now I try to be amused.

Neoconservative – A "neocon" is more inclined than other conservatives toward vigorous government in the service of the goals of traditional morality and pro-business policies. Tends to favor a very strong foreign policy of America as well.

An in depth look at the term "Neoconservative". Apparently liberals and socialists who joined the Republican party.

Personally, I think the term "Neocon" is now just a slur used to describe the political right. Many Republicans refer to them as "RHINO's". Personally, I don't put much stock in terms of this nature.
