From the nonexistant straight skinny I have heard, the cop told him to get out of the street, as the two were walking the same direction the cop wanted to go. There were words, the cop got out, more words, and the cop got pushed back into his car.

This is a sad case of too much dumb and too much attitude being present at a testosterone moment, with one person ending up dead because of it.

I've had this happen to me a number of times.

2. You are walking in the road obstructing traffic.
3. I ask you to move.
4. You do not.
5. I get out to move you, as per my right under the law.
6. You attack me.
