If I do not disturb you, as in comfort, as in noise, then I am smaller. Similarly I appreciate that you are mostly insignificant and don't disturb me save for a question of consequence.
The question of smallness might start to evolve in the value of advertising. For example I appreciate your disturbing me once every few years. That is valuable disturbance. But if you owned a gas station in my town with talking pumps and bright lights and credit card . . . that would be wealth evangelism and big. I frown on that. A Jeffersonian term for frowning might be bloodshed. Such is the difference in terms as the fight stays the same but more people get involved.
