Just be careful and verify everything. The government is WAY more strict there when it comes to selling real estate which is good for the buyer, but again, be careful. On the investment side, the Canadian housing market is doing well as of late. One thing to remember though, you will be taxed 50% on your profit because you're not a citizen.

OK, I followed the link, and looked at the Ebay listings, and the parcels were going for $500 and $1000. I know I gotta be missing something?????
