Is that the first time you've seen it, Chas. It's an all-time classic deserving of several more viewings. John Goodman was priceless.

It was the first time, I'd never really heard of it before. Kind of stumbled into it part way through. Wasn't expecting too much, just hoping it would bore me to sleep.

It actually kept me awake, and I will watch it again. Goodman was exceptional.

Saw it and had a feel of what the protagonist experienced.

After 9/11 the Pakistani section of Brooklyn came under suspicion.

Many of the young men fled to Canada. Of course many also were
illegals but prior to 9/11 nobody noticed them.
