Ya mean someone who's not concerned about calling a spade a spade where the Clintons are concerned? Yeah, I can see where that would bother you.

Yet, even your beloved WaPo names Halper as an informant who began "working for the FBI" and assisting in the investigation.

Still wondering why Obama's FBI had a plant inside the Trump campaign as part of their counter-intel investigation. However, even though there was clearly a breach of the Dem's party's servers and emails obtained from campaign staff as a result of a phishing campaign, there was no effort to investigate those servers or put a plant inside the Dem campaign. Hell, I suspect an aggressive investigator could have made a case to have those servers subpoenaed if there was really any interest in getting to the bottom of "Russian interference" in the 2016 election.

But I'm sure none of that disparity seems odd to you.

Trump surrounded himself with (unregistered) foreign agents (Flynn, Manafort, Prince, Gates ...) and other unsavory misfits/criminals (Roger Stone, Michael Cohen, Page, Papadopolous, Broidy, Nader, Don Jr....), and then has a fucking conniption when all their illegal actions are exposed. What did he expect after surrounding himself with lying, unethical, immoral, traitorous clowns?

I listened to the entire alleged conspiracy courtesy of Rush Limbaugh today, as it seems you likely did (although anywhere on Wingnut News, the alleged conspiracy is the same). It's just the latest in the antics of yer boy, Devin Nunes. It'll flop just like the rest did. Trump and his minions made their beds. Let 'em sleep in it without all your idiotic conspiracy theories to try to rationalize or excuse their behavior.

Oh my, I think I struck a nerve.

Why is it not within the realm of possibility to suggest that the same folks who "fixed" the Democrat nomination process wouldn't be above doing the same thing with the 2016 election? Why is it just not possible for Bill Clinton to accept a $500K speaking fee from Renaissance Capital (a Russian finance corporation, and of course, as Dems love to point out these days, such corporations undoubtedly have ties to Putin), and that's not an illegal attempt to buy influence? And there were MANY such instances where foreign interests paid the Clinton handsomely.

The timing of such payments is not above suspicion either. As Politifact notes:

Additionally, "shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock."

But no one raises an eyebrow or demands special counsel investigations at this?

There's no doubt that the Clintons are the textbook definition of " lying, unethical, immoral, traitorous clowns". Yet, no one wants to look at the influence and pay to play environment that existed in the Obama administration via the Secretary of State's office:

So in the time Clinton left the White House in January 2001 and when his wife stepped down from secretary of state in February 2013, Clinton indeed gave 13 speeches for which he made more than $500,000. Eleven of those occurred since January 2009, when Hillary Clinton became secretary of state. Only two happened before then.

The selective indignation that you and others are willing to display is staggering. I think there's far more to this than the selective indignation thing however. I suspect that a part of this effort is evasion and ass - covering on the part of the Dems and their entrenched bureaucratic friends.

But you go ahead and have your little selective indignation conniption, Finn. It suits you.
