Wow! You must've been working with the Moujaheddin. That must've been trippy.

It was ver beautiful where I was at a lush valley between some mountains.and I was very welcomed by the tribes people, from what i have heard at the va the villages are much larger now due to all the fueding and different militias.I could have lived there forever .now i do not think I will be so welcome.thats another American blunder in a beatiful place.

It must've blown your mind coming from the US to Central Asia at an early age. Too bad you couldn't go back and experience it in a peaceful time. You never know, maybe some day I hope that they do get peace - for their sake.

Which outfit were you in? It wasn't airborne, was it? 'cause I never understood jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.

That's a tough one. Vertigo is a terrible condition. If I were you I would take everything that the government can send your way, you earned it, imo. I'm listening one of your fellow Rangers right now - Jimi Plays Monterey.

Weird. I have vertigo too. It forced me to give up a career in aviation. Meclizine doesn't help you at all?
