Dream cars.
Thought this might be interesting.
1st and foremost, to me, is the Rolls Royce Phantom.
A 3 ton monster, a 6.8L V-12 developing 453 HP and 531 ftlbs. 0-60 in 5.5 seconds, 14.3 1/4 mile. It's just an awesome car.

As for dream cars, there is the Porsche 911 (and its variants) and everything else.

My car too and we are actually toying with getting another Targa. I prefer the rear engine air cooled boxter engine. As long as it has automatic timing chain tensioners and a blow back box installed. There is nothing like driving an older Porsche 911, listening to the sound of the engine, and smelling the burning oil. All those older cars leaked some oil even when they were only a few years old.
If I could afford any car it would be a Mercedes 500K. Any year would do.

I would LOVE to drive a 911.
That's a 2012 Turbo S, you certainly know more about the variants than I do. Specs on this are
Horsepower (hp @ rpm): 530 @ 6,250-6,750
Torque (lb-ft @ rpm): 516 @ 2,100-4,250
516 at 2100 RPM??! Nice!
0-60 in 3 (!!) seconds.

I owned a baby Porsche when I lived in Germany (a 924 Turbo), but had several friends with 911's at the time and drove them pretty often. They're a very ballsy, fun drive.

I dreamed of owning a Jeep Wrangler for years. In 1999 I bought one and still drive it. With the top down it is just about the most fun I can envision getting from a car.

You better have a really good mechanic lined up because it will be in the shop a lot. The 12 cylinder is one of the sweetest cars I have ever driven. The sound is fantastic.
