Since I am in the same time zone of a said troll and since he has now adopted a strategy of wall papering the forum with the usual tried and failed Fox/TP talking points and nothing else, I intend to blockade every one of his new threads.
And then I am out. I no longer enjoy reading and posting on this forum since just about every thread is being derailed with drivel. Time for me to fight back. Intellectualizing about stones, sticks and names is for dreamers. I am a realist.

Perhaps the better metaphor would have been litter. One can't look at a forum without seeing the thread titles littered with the most recent memes from the noise machine. My observation is that even a "Dont feed the troll" post continues to allow the trash to blow around at the top of the menu. YMMV.

Perhaps, "Two wrongs don't make a right."? I'll give you that. But, if someone starts acting like certain trolls around here do, I am going to hurl back at least a few times. How a person acts is a representation of who they are and not a reflection of the environment they responded too. Think about it. How do you want to be perceived?

My Great Grandmother never swore, belittled, or raised her voice. When she was done scolding you, you felt about an inch tall. When manners and intelligence respond to knee jerk inflammatory response, troll generally starve to death, dry up and blow away. My experience anyway.

Not directing this at anyone, just answering an interesting question.
