Still not a fact, only a guess. And, at that the words "...very slight..." should tell you something. It tells me any negative effect would be insignificant and quickly recovered from. Can't hold the rest of society back because a relative handful might find themselves temporarily unemployed. That kind of thinking gets us nowhere.

There's a lot of reaching going on.

Sorry folks but Moyers doesn't seem to have researched it very well, so you're stuck with the craptacular bureaucratic CBO

But hey, the economy is doing well so now is the time.
