I think in the end the pound will win. I would not go into a voting booth and mess with a stable currency, particularly if it was my currency.

I think the 'rejector' streak in the voters is strong now. I think they go for independence.

I trust the voters there are aware that the North Sea oil fields are close to running out. I wonder also how much money the Nuke submarine base brings into the country as England would obviously have to move it.

The separatists in Donetsk are saying the same thing.

As far as Scotland goes, I don't understand their worrying about finances. Doesn't Scrooge McDuck live there?

So far they have said no, but that could change. Of course given the EU the trend was going the other way, add do not divide.
