Oh yes let's go back to the good old days when the churches handled all charitable works - just as long as you were a member.

Private institutions of any stripe cannot be trusted because there is always some rule or membership requirement. And I am old enough to remember how that worked, or rather did not work.

Thinking about this more I cannot see how for example a city or a county or a state could possibly operate as a private enterprise?

Dave I think that beating racism is gonna hapen by just the way it has gone with yoy.in my experience people exposed to a hatred filled enviroment tend to move away from it leaving mostly the nutjobs and sicko's to embrace it,just like you knew of this stuff Dave and chose to take your stance and direction shows that ther is hope in this fight.if you look at what is going on with Sterling right now,it is always gonna be hate no matter what.
