In the early 20s the NSDAP started their career as an underestimated tribe of freaks.
Stay alert you democratic constitutions all around the world!

For sure. I just finished reading Volker Ullrich's Hitler: Ascent, 1889-1939. The parallels between the tactics of the NSDAP in those years parallels far too closely with Trump's Republican Party.

From what I know Finn, the health clause is left up to the individual states, counties and cities. Yes, the SCOTUS has voted in favor of vaccine mandate, but from what we can see, individual states can make this into a political football, at least till the next mid-term elections.
OK, here is what I believe. Individual enterprises and agencies (both private and government) can restrict access to those who are not vaccinated like schools do, but doubt the constitution will permit forced vaccinations.

That's kind of a distinction without a difference. If one is precluded from employment, travel, public accommodation, public transit, and entry into any public or private building, that is effectively a mandate and I'm cool with it. In other words, if one wants to stay locked up in their home until COVID disappears rather than get the vaccine, go for it but quit whining.

I am against it.
I have had both shots and I wear a mask (out of common courtesy).
But forcing sane, adults to get a shot against their will is wrong.
And I do not care if lots of people have had lots of shots over the years.
'Asking' and 'Forcing' are two, different things.
And what is the government going to do for those who refuse?
Track them down, grab them, hold them down and jab them against their will (that will look great on TV/web)?
Throw them in jail?
Take away their basic, human rights?
What?

Um, read Finnbow's post above. They're going to do exactly what schools have done for eons - no vax, no entrance. Simple as that. Unvaxxed will be isolated, to keep them from hosting and spreading new mutations of the virus.
