Oh, I agree. The manipulate and flog the truth as quickly and easily as she does, I'd think that she wouldn't have too many screws loose. A few, maybe. But not too many.

A chronic cough can be hard to control, but basically means a person has irritable airways subject to spasm. The stress of travel and public speaking can aggravate. The basic cause is probably relatively mild asthma/allergy syndrome. I know this condition from personal experience.

Might be a more serious condition, but without more obvious debility, I'd doubt it.

As someone that occasionally enjoys (no, not really) barely controllable coughing fits from throat irritation, I find the implications not dissimilar to those the Excrement in Fraudcasting guy cast on Michael J. Fox.

Hillary Clinton’s health just became a real issue in the presidential campaign

She's done.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...tial-campaign/

Quote:
Whereas Clinton and her campaign could laugh off questions about her health before today, the "overheating" episode makes it almost impossible for them to do so. Not only has it come at a time when there was growing chatter — with very little evidence — that her health was a problem but it also happened at a 9/11 memorial event — an incredibly high-profile moment with lots and lots of cameras and reporters around.

Her campaign may well try to dismiss this story as nothing more than an isolated incident, meaning nothing. (Democrats were already pushing the story of George W. Bush fainting in 2002 after choking on a pretzel, via Twitter.)

But the issue is that Clinton kept reporters totally in the dark for 90 minutes after her abrupt departure from the 9/11 memorial service for a health-related matter. No reporter was allowed to follow her. (Clinton has resisted a protective pool for coverage because Donald Trump refuses to participate in one.) This is, yet again, the Clinton campaign asking everyone to just trust it. She got overheated! But she's fine now!

How much cough syrup is she going to slam down before she goes out on that debate stage with Trump?

Think a fifth of Nyquil will be enough?

I was a little stuffed up with my sinusitis, but I had to walk out of the room during the United 93 movie because it made me ill(again.) I cannot watch any documentary or movie about 9/11 without my blood pressure climbing, my pulse getting wacked, and getting quite angry, just to start. I can completely empathize that anyone who lost a friend or loved one in this attack would not be too chipper at a long commemoration, and just leave it at that.

Trump should consider hemlock for his throat problem.

I wonder how Putin and the Russian mob are going to react when Trumpinski can't pay back those loans that have been keeping him afloat all these years?

Polonium tea anyone?

Conservative doctors can make a correct diagnosis without ever meeting the patient? WOW, that's amazing!

Or.................they're full of shit. Which, knowing conservatives and their claims of super-human abilities, is entirely plausible.
