I'd just like to hear him give one speech without saying "Let me be clear". He's fished that pond dry a few times over. All this was, was a primer for cap and tax, even though he admitted we don't have the money. I hope all the asshats that voted for him are happy.

Didn't see it, but I had a good excuse. My 15 year old son's band was playing a gig celebrating the end of the school year.

Like Obama or not, last night's speech was intended as CYA political theater. I'll settle for The Daily Show's take on it tonight.
