Excellent article, they describe the hands-on direct piloting of the craft as it has been since the beginning. The new generation is to be fly-by-wire via computer as are other modern aircraft.
Many of us have nostalgic memories of the blimps in various context, there were never more than a few at one time and their decommissioning is a saddening break with the past for many of us.
