We all live at the expense of others, and others live at our expense. It's all interconnected, dontcha see? The days of the hunter-gatherer who lives and dies purely by his own means have been gone for a very long time. The less I pay Bob, is all the less he pays Fred, who will no longer have the quid to pay to me, and 'roundy 'round the merry go round goes. Let us all just continue to play "Why should he make more than me?" until we've cheaped ourselves into the poorhouse.
